This assumes (and I think I assume correctly) that most of the people that read this journal and are likely to respond know me to some reasonable extent.
So tell me in a comment: If you saw me cuffed and sitting in the back of a squad car, what would you imagine I was being charged with?

If not, I'd imagine you had loudly and vehemently protested being told you couldn't do something, like photography for instance, that you felt made no sense, and had gotten arrested for disturbing the peace.
Well after those previous adventures with your camera, you finally told the cop where to stick it when they attempted to take your camera for photographing a freeway mile post or something.
I mean, frankly, if you haven't snapped by now, you're not going to. Well, unless something so horrid happens, that any manslaughter charges will be reduced to 'felony littering' due to circumstances.
So I'm not thinking anything too violent.
In fact, I could see you doing something like this just to see what happens, so I figure you're heading down to Precinct for a beer.
I'd agree with other commenters, that just isn't enough information... we need to know about blood stains or lack thereof... obviously, blood indicates murder... lack of it... mmm... failure to keep your mouth shut when pulled over for a traffic citation?
I suppose I need to elaborate... blood on YOU (someone else's blood) means murder... blood on the cop (your blood) means failing to keep your mouth shut...
Homicide. Especially if you have that happy little grin on your face like you had the best sex of your life, smoked a Cuban cigar and ate something on the endangered species as a post romp snack.
I'm just starting to go back through LJ entries from when I was gone, so here goes...
...taking photos of things the cops didn't like you taking photos of. Public transport, cops, arrests, buildings... who knows. "Threat to national security" would be the phrase bandied about. You'd be released the next day and all charges would be dropped after a judge laughed them out of court when they ask for an indictment.
